Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services, website, mobile application, and advisory consultations operated by TH Integrated Health Ltd. ("TH", "we", "us", or "our"), an Irish private health management practice registered in Dublin, Ireland.

By engaging with our platform, submitting an intake assessment, or enrolling in an advisory programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature and Scope of Services

TH delivers a specialized Health Integration advisory service. The principal supply and primary deliverable consists of services consisting of the care of the human body, physical conditioning, and bodily recovery management.

Our advisory deliverables include:

• Physical Conditioning Protocols: Custom resistance training, cardiovascular development, mobility architecture, and movement analysis.
• Bodily Care and Recovery Management: Circadian rhythm alignment, sleep architecture optimization, autonomic recovery tracking, and cardiovascular strain monitoring.
• Nutritional Architecture: Nutritional protocol design, metabolic fueling strategies, and executive travel meal frameworks.
• Physiological Telemetry Interpretation: Continual analysis of wearable biometric data (HRV, resting heart rate, sleep metrics) to calibrate physical training volume.
• Ancillary Digital Tools: Asynchronous communication channels (WhatsApp) and the TH mobile software platform are provided strictly as ancillary support mechanisms to deliver and calibrate the principal physical conditioning and bodily care service.

2. Professional Classification and Medical Disclaimer

TH is not a medical practice, hospital, or emergency healthcare provider. Our Health Advisors are exercise and health integration specialists, not medical doctors.

• All recommendations, conditioning protocols, and nutritional frameworks are educational and advisory, to be followed at your own discretion.
• Clients must be medically cleared to participate in physical exercise, as affirmed through the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) during client intake.
• If you experience acute physical pain, cardiac symptoms, or medical emergencies, you must immediately seek emergency medical attention.

3. Membership, Fees, and Value Added Tax (VAT)

Advisory memberships are structured as committed engagements (typically 6 or 12 months) and billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.

4. Asynchronous Operating Model

To protect executive cognitive bandwidth, our advisory is delivered primarily through asynchronous channels:

• Direct messaging, video reviews, and protocol calibrations are communicated via WhatsApp and the TH digital application during regular business hours (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Irish Time).
• Scheduled calls take place when biometric drift or milestone markers require strategic tactical calibration, rather than on rigid calendar intervals.

5. Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

We treat all client biometric data, personal information, and advisory communications with institutional-grade discretion, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.

All training frameworks, movement systems, proprietary software, and documentation provided by TH remain the exclusive intellectual property of TH Integrated Health Ltd. You agree not to copy, reproduce, or commercially distribute any proprietary materials without written permission.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. The courts of Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute.
