Overview

At TH Integrated Health Ltd. (referred to as "we", "us", or "our"), we act as the embedded performance partner for high-responsibility leaders. Because our Health Integration advisory requires a deep understanding of your personal baseline, we collect and process highly sensitive personal, behavioural, and biometric data.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, secure, and manage your data with the highest standards of discretion and professional confidentiality. It applies to our public website, the Performance Capacity Check (the "Diagnostic"), the TH client application (the "App"), and our direct advisory communications.

1. The Core Philosophy of Data Custody

We do not sell, trade, or monetise your personal or biometric data. We treat your personal baseline data with the same level of confidentiality that a private medical practice or wealth advisory firm treats clinical or financial records.

We act strictly as custodians of your information, processing it solely to design, adapt, and execute your personalised health integration structure.

2. The Data We Collect

To coordinate your complete personal baseline, we collect data across three distinct layers:

A. Diagnostic & Intake Data

When you engage with our public website or complete the Performance Capacity Check, we collect:

  • Identity & Contact Information: Your name, email address, and professional title or role.
  • System Demands & Stress Telemetry: Your self-reported ratings of life demands, baseline energy, and sleep quality.
  • The 9-Domain Satisfaction Profile: Your subjective scores across the key categories of your personal baseline, including Movement, Sleep, Stress Management, Relationships, and Career.

B. Passive Biometric Telemetry (Active Clients Only)

For active advisory clients utilising the TH client application, we establish passive biometric streams to eliminate the burden of manual logging. With your explicit consent, we connect to your hardware platforms to collect:

  • Wearable Telemetry (via WHOOP, Apple Health, or similar integrations): Continuous heart rate variability (HRV), resting heart rate (RHR), sleep latency, sleep efficiency, and daily strain metrics.
  • Smart Scale Telemetry (via Withings or similar integrations): Body weight, body fat percentage, and muscle mass trends.
  • Active Practices Tracking: Your daily compliance with assigned micro-habits, visual portion tracking, and structural movement sessions as logged in your App Focus Card.

C. Communication Logs

To manage your consistency asynchronously, we log and maintain records of our direct communications, including:

  • In-app messaging text and shared media
  • Direct WhatsApp and email exchanges
  • Voice notes exchanged during dynamic, real-time course corrections

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Under GDPR, we process your personal data on the following legal bases:

  • Consent — for passive biometric telemetry (wearable and smart scale integrations), which requires your explicit opt-in. You may withdraw consent at any time through your App settings.
  • Legitimate interests — to operate the Diagnostic and provide you with personalised results, and to communicate follow-up advisory recommendations.
  • Contract — where processing is necessary to fulfil an active coaching engagement you have entered into.
  • Legal obligation — where we are required to process data to comply with applicable law.

4. How We Use Your Data

We process your personal and biometric data strictly for the following purposes:

  • Operational Calibration: To calculate your overall strain and identify your primary physical or behavioural constraints.
  • Biometric Oversight: To monitor sleep recovery and cardiovascular strain passively, allowing your Health Advisor to intervene dynamically before systemic exhaustion or behavioural drift occurs.
  • App Personalisation: To automatically update your daily Focus Card based on your latest performance data.
  • Client Communication: To provide personalised, high-frequency, asynchronous feedback and strategic habit adjustments.

5. The B2B Leadership Firewall

For organisations utilising our Corporate Advisory programme for their leadership teams, co-founders, or C-suite committees, the following applies absolutely:

Absolute Individual Confidentiality. All passive biometric telemetry, satisfaction scores, diagnostic results, and communication logs of individual participating executives are strictly confidential.

The Firewall. Under no circumstances will individual health metrics, biometric strain values, or compliance rates be shared with the corporate employer, HR department, or executive sponsors.

Enterprise Reporting. Any corporate reporting is strictly limited to aggregate, anonymised team stamina trends and collective organisational capacity baselines, preserving individual privacy absolutely.

6. Security, Hosting, and Data Retention

  • Encryption: All data, including passive biometric telemetry and communications, is encrypted both in transit (SSL/TLS) and at rest.
  • Third-Party Integrations: When pulling biometric data from partner hardware (WHOOP, Withings), we use secure, token-based OAuth API integrations. We never store your third-party login credentials.
  • Data Minimisation: We only retain your biometric and behavioural data for as long as you are actively engaged in our advisory system.

Deletion Protocol

You have the right to request the complete, permanent erasure of your personal record. All data deletion requests must be directed to Tristan Hand personally at contact@th.ie. Once requested, your profile, telemetry archives, and communication logs will be permanently purged within 30 days.

7. Cookies

This website uses a minimal number of cookies necessary for the site to function correctly, including session cookies that allow the Performance Capacity Check to retain your answers as you progress through the assessment. These cookies are not used for advertising or tracking across other websites.

By using this website, you consent to the use of these necessary cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but this may prevent the Diagnostic from functioning correctly.

8. Your Rights Under GDPR

If you reside within the European Union or United Kingdom, you hold the following legal rights regarding your personal data:

  • Right of Access: You may request a complete export of your personal baseline and biometric data.
  • Right to Rectification: You may request corrections to any inaccurate subjective or contact records.
  • Right to Erasure: As detailed in our Deletion Protocol above, you may request the permanent deletion of your entire account.
  • Right to Restrict Processing: You may withdraw your consent for passive biometric tracking (WHOOP/Withings sync) at any time directly through your App settings.
  • Right to Data Portability: You may request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format.
  • Right to Object: You may object to processing based on legitimate interests at any time.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@th.ie. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (Ireland) at dataprotection.ie.
